Ron Christensen has been in the construction industry since 1971. Ron started as a framer of single family homes in Walla Walla, WA, and transitioned to a General Contractor of residential construction in Lewiston, Idaho. With the housing slump of the early 80's, Ron expanded into Commercial Construction. He was Superintendent of Construction at the university campuses in Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID. In 1990, Ron relocated to the Seattle area as a construction superintendent until he founded ON-SITE Construction Inc. in 1994. Ron partnered in the construction of a small condominium project in Renton Highlands and undertook substantive commercial and residential remodeling projects. From 2003-2005, Ron oversaw the interior remodeling of a nursing home as well as the  complete exterior remodel of a retirement center in Oregon. In 2006, Ron joined the Hanover Co. helping supervise the constructing two 21 story condominiums in Bellevue, WA and a 27 story condominium in downtown Seattle. Ron's first-hand experience in construction and estimating give him the necessary qualifications to prepare owner's association reserve studies.
